2- Does JAK’S sell online?
JAK’S online store will open shortly. Handbags from previous collections will be available.
3- Where are JAK’S handbags made?
JAK’S handbags are crafted in Vietnam in a workshop dedicated exclusively to making our products. Visit About JAK’S to find out more about this gem of a workshop, through which we support local artisans and adhere to fair labour practices.
4- Is my JAK’S purchase a Québec product?
Every JAK’S product is designed in our workshops in Québec.
5- How do I clean my JAK’S handbag?
We want you to get the most use out of your JAK’S bag for as long as you possibly can. For this reason, follow the cleaning instructions according to the material your handbag is crafted with. Warning: Do not soak JAK’S handbags in water or/and bleach.
Silk: Dry clean only. Cleaning products may damage silk’s natural fibres. A fabric protector may be used; please follow the directions carefully.
Nylon: Clean the outer fabric with a slightly damp cloth, gently wipe in the same direction as the weave. Dry clean only if handbag has a silk appliqué.
Canevas: Dry clean. For small occasional stains, apply a slightly damp cloth to the outer fabric and gently wipe in the same direction as the weave. Do not rub.
Wool : Dry clean only. Cleaning products may damage wools.

JAK’S handbags are protected by a six-month warranty from the original date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship. JAK’S warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any damage caused by accidents or abuse.
