When Karine and Sophie Dionne met Madame Phuong in Vietnam in 2002, they knew it was a business match made in heaven! The three women share the same work ethics and values as well as a common passion for quality and workmanship.

Madame Phuong employs 45 local artisans – including members of her family – in her workshop which exclusively crafts JAK’S handbags. The superb work and craftsmanship of the artisans are visibly present in every JAK’S bag they individually create.  

Madame Phuong’s drive, integrity and love for her craft have been a constant inspiration for JAK’S, making this remarkable woman a central part of JAK’S growth.
